Buffalo Chicken Dip W/Crostini

• 1 ½ pounds of Chicken
• 1 package of cream cheese
• 2 Tbsp. of Pinch ‘n Rub Buffalo Wing Seasoning
• 1 tsp. of Pinch ‘n Rub Hawaiian Black Salt
• 1 Tbsp. of Pinch ‘n Rub Blue Cheese Powder
• French bread
• Scallions, chives or celery

Homemade Crostini: French bread cut into ½ inch slices. Brush both sides with olive oil. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Top with dip & chopped celery, chives or scallions.
Cook chicken in crock pot on high with Pinch ‘n Rub Buffalo Wing Seasoning for approximately four hours or until chicken is done. Add Pinch ‘n Rub Hawaiian Black Salt. When done, pull apart into shreds. Add cream cheese, let melt, and blend well. Add Pinch ‘n Rub Blue Cheese Powder. Enjoy!
