• 3 cups flour sifted (must be sifted!)
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp Pinch ‘n Rub Pacific Blue kosher sea salt (or Himalayan Pink salt)
• ¼ cup sugar
• 12 oz Angry Orchard Hard Apple Cider
• 1 2oz package Pinch ‘n Rub Cinnamon Sugar
• ½ cup butter
Mix first 4 dry ingredients with the hard cider just until blended. Pour into a buttered loaf pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on the batter. Pour the ½ cup melted butter over the top and bake 1 hour at 375. Let rest in pan for 5 minutes (to soak up all the buttery goodness). Take out of pan, rest on rack 15 min.
Mix 1 stick of softened butter with 1 8oz softened cream cheese. Add 3 tablespoons of Maple Sugar and beat until fluffy. Stir in 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/8 tsp of Himalayan Pink Salt.
