Thai PeanutButter Cookie

• ½ cup butter
• ½ cup peanut butter
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• ½ teaspoons Pinch ‘n Rub Vanilla Powder
• 1¼ cup sifted flour
• ¾ teaspoons baking soda
• ¼ teaspoons salt
• 3-4 tablespoons of Pinch ‘n Rub Garam Masala (or to taste)
• 2 T of Pinch ‘n Rub Habanero Sugar
• 2 T of Pinch ‘n Rub Toasted Coconut Sugar

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees
• In a large bowl cream together the butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
• In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients, and then add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
• Roll dough into 1” balls and roll balls in preferred flavored sugar. Flatten with a sugared glass bottom or with a fork.  
• Bake for 10-12 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
